CORONAVIRUS UPDATE ON OUR SALES & SERVICE DEPARTMENTS
Our goal is to make sure that you, our colleagues, and the community that we serve continue to feel confident in knowing we are taking the current Coronavirus situation very seriously. In addition to our usual stringent internal cleanliness efforts, we have increased the frequency and intensity of these efforts across all our dealerships for your safety and the safety of our amazing Gateway Chevrolet Team members. We are following the cleanliness guidelines provided by the CDC and we will continue to do so.
During this time in order to help with your vehicle needs we are provide the following:
Sales: The factories have released some incredible incentives to buy a new car right now so our sales department is currently open if you’d like to come in. If not, we understand. Our team members are here to help you via phone, email, text or FaceTime. You can even start the buying process online with many of our tools like choosing your vehicle, configuring a payment, getting pre-approval for financing, appraising your trade and even completing the entire process online. We will then schedule a time and place to bring your vehicle to you for delivery.
Service: Our service department will continue to stay open to assist you with all your service needs. Please know we will provide you the great service you’ve come to expect from our team and that we’re taking extra steps to sanitize your vehicle before it’s returned to you.
