My check in was super smooth. I had a chip in my windshield, and my adviser did not mention to me that it ended up going all the way to the top of my windshield in my way when I am driving. Communication is very important. I left very angry that I didn���t even go back to see why this was not brought up. I am very disappointed in that lack of communication.
