I was promptly helped as soon as I walked through the door and was able to find the truck I was looking for in a matter of minutes with the help of Alex. I was pleased with the truck and the help I received so much that I left with the truck that night.

I called before I dropped my car off. I was told it would take a half a day. I never heard back from anyone the first day. I called the next morning at 8AM. The rep who answered said he c as not tell if my car is done or being worked on. The worker working on my car finally called me back after 9AM, he left a message saying we are still working on it and we recommend another treatment call me back of you want the filter. I called again that afternoon trying to get status of my car. The worker called me back and said he is still working on it and it should be done around 2 or 3 that evening. I called around that time and it was not done. I left a message about the communication because I could have rented a car instead of not knowing I was going to be out of a car for 2 days. My car was not done until late that night and the man who worked on it said he tried calling me but was not able to get through. I dont believe that was true because any other time he left a voicemail but to tell me my car was ready it didn't work. They did wash the car but did not clean the tires/rims. They fixed the leak I had but did not clean the area it was leaking at. I did get a ride from and back to the shop using Lyft. The communication is the reason why I would not recommend this shop to someone else.

I strongly encourage your owner to consider marketing the unique value I experienced with Peter. In my previous experiences in buying new vehicles, I've never ever had anyone educate me on the in-depth knowledge of a vehicle I purchased like Peter! When I purchased my new C7 ZO6 in 2015 from Midway Chevrolet, I had to read and research the options myself. When Peter educated me on my new 2019 ZL1 1LE Camaro last week, he taught me things I never knew I had on my Vette that I also have on my Camaro! Great experience! I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle!
Noe was a great guy tried his best however the servicing and organization was not well on the service providers. Noe asked the service men about my vehicle and to not allow it to be washed since i asked for it not to be because i had already came to pick up my vehicle after three hours . The service men had the car on the alignment rack and needed to test drive it . After i saw my car test driven 20 more minutes passed . I went to ask Noe and he thought they had brought my car out . But In fact they could not find my vehicle after another 10 to 15 minutes trying to locate my keys they found my car in the wash . I already paid for my services so i couldn’t be discounted. But it was 4.5 hrs and very poor estimate of service . Everyone was nice but just didn’t fulfill my expectations. I was promised better service the next time i come i prefer not only a nice detail of my car but i would appreciate my next oil change for free for my hassle . I always have such a issue with this dealership angel has been the only guy who let me have a smooth service and I’m so apprehensive on bringing my vehicle back . I have had issues with John in the past as well. There were multiple people upset that day.
