Salesmen (s) are courteous & professional (Summer,Evan & Mc Gee). We did however went back on June 4 and ask Mike to further explain a few details of the vehicle common functions, gave us a tour of the service department. We also ask Mike to clarify the insentive/credits that was not completely explain to us while we in the process of dealing in which they added to the down payment that we put in. we found that out three days later while we reviewing our documents. For that reason we will be certain in the future to be more carefull and specificly ask the right questions in the near future whichever dealership will be. The most part is we ectastic/like our lease SUV like the past 3 GM Chevrolet we`ve had the last 20 + years besides Honda & Nissan.

Came in on Saturday June 1st. Purchased a new Silverado. Brought my wife back on Monday to finish paperwork and the monthly payment had changed. Dealer indicated that GM Financial changed the interest rate. I don’t understand how you agree to a deal, then change the monthly payment. After much back and forth on Monday and my wife and I having to put money down to bring the payment back to we’re it was I finally signed the paperwork. The finance person we worked with told us to take our trade in back and that you sell 350 cars a month so our 1 deal was not a big deal. That upset my wife and I. I feel it’s bad business to agree to a deal then allow it to change when final paperwork is signed.

The guy who sold us the Car was great. Provided us with alot of information about the vehicle and wanted to be sure we got a great deal. He was not pushy. We are extremely happy with how we where treated. We are happy with our purchase and my kids love it too .

Nick Pitts in finance is a crook. Bold faced lied to me about extended warranty options. Stiff armed me into buying way more than I wanted. Called several.other dealerships the next day to verify what he told me. Confirmed all lies. I have copies of the contract that was voided and the one that they redid for me two days later. Was told I was being charged 4500 for warranty. Was told I had to buy all the options s to the warranty as it was a package and it was all or nothing. When new contract was redone I had them remove all warranties. 7k price difference. Was told 4500 for warranty. Where the other 2500 come from?? Beware going into the finance department. Do your homework and know what's what. The finance department can charge you whatever they think they can get from you for these warranty add ons. When speaking with Julio, his exact words were "well obviously your an experienced buyer". What does that mean? Does it mean they should have recognized that I would catch them? Beware all.

First trip after buying my car, I spent over 5 hours waiting for window tint. Has my first Certified Pre-owned oil change that I set up a appointment telling that I would be waiting. Took 3 hours to change oil, rotate tires and inspect? I worked for a dealership before and no waiter should take that long for that service. I have one more free oil change and I will not be back. Terrible service.
