Service advisor was friendly, wearing a mask (glad to see), technician aligned my truck & steering wheel is straight not tilted like before. Only problem is the setup of appointment time which was @ 8:45am. I was under the impression that if I made an appointment for the earliest time given that I���d get my vehicle issue resolved in a timely manner.
