Full disclosure, I did not end up buying my truck from here but the online/text experience with Kaylee Roeben was nothing short of amazing. She was super responsive, answered all of my 2600 mile away questions, and treated me as if I was a high roller in her dealership office. Sent enough photos and videos to bankrupt a lesser man’s data plan, kept as up to date as she could with my time zone differential, overzealous detail requests, and of course spousal considerations. Ultimately, I took too long to pull the trigger and missed out on a unicorn of a truck that seams to only reside at Ken Garff I. Sunny sweltering Arizona. Oh well. My loss, but glad to know there are second folks selling cars, and who can also take a rare brand of humor. Thank you Kaylee and Ken Garff Chevy. Maybe next time!

I just purchased my car with this car dealership and I was blown away by the experience I had there. If you decide to come in , you NEED to ask for RYAN when you get there. He was the real MVP on the day I bought my car. All of my questions were answered and I was treated with respect and patience. I was well taken care of and it was a very pleasant experience. My baby and I were treated with respect and care, I was offered assistance, all of my questions were answered, I was provided a room to breastfeed in, and I was offered food and drink. In every step of the way, Ryan always had patience with me, with a very willing demeanor, and such a positive attitude. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming, but Ryan’s role on this day was pivotal. He helped me jump through every hurdle with ease, comfort, and care. As a first time buyer, buying a car was a huge life decision for me. I have to admit I was a bit hesistant and unknowledgeable about everything. Very accommodating and no pressure sales. They had the Trax I wanted and met me on my budgeted price. They then called me a Lyft to bring me to their dealership. Then, I test drove the vehicle filled out the necessary paperwork, wrote a check and done. Now that’s how to buy and sell a vehicle! Everyone was kind, helpful and very polite! I had a great experience working with Yessenia G. She helped me every step of the way and made the entire process incredibly easy. I had a routine oil change schedule, Zack took good care of me. They also repaired on of my tires on my 2024 Chevrolet suburban. The whole process was smooth and fast, they even washed my car upon delivery, I was very pleased overall.
