I came into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, trim package and everything. Unfortunately the dealership did not have what we wanted in stock, but it was in route. The dealership didn’t try to sell us on something different, just worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was a breath of fresh air to say the least.

She was my point of contact with my vehicle maintenance, I needed a oil change, and I needed to fix the outer rubber ceiling for my sunroof and inside my driver's side, dash was a piece of rubber or some type that was sticking out.And she got it fixed for me and other than that.Overall experience is pretty well and very informative

The service was good. They did a car wash but didn't dry the vehicle so there are spots everywhere. The person who sold me my vehicle lied about being able to get the windows tinted by saying i could get them done at my first service but that was not true. Very disappointed in that. The service staff were nice and friendly.

I dropped my car off early in the morning and left my keys with the lock box. I heard from Ray as soon as my car was taken back and received regular updates through text message and email. Went for an oil change. The oil change was fine but employees were arguing with each other in the garage. Not a good look.
After a horrible experiance with Auto Nation Chevy Arrowhead I called and was transfered to a very proffesional Salesman named Xavier Canez at Ken Garrf who didnt pressure me to come to the dealership and helped me on the phone like I asked. We got 95 percent of the deal done by phone. I came the next day and was there maybe 30 minutes I highly recomend this dealership and sales person this was an easy great experiance.
Brought our truck in to have the battery tested under warranty - tested good. In and out in 2 hours on a Saturday morning. Nathan was my service advisor - super friendly and kept me in the loop as the test proceeded and when it was completed! A very positive experience. Highly recommend them!

My service advisor, Judy, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I was able to bring my car in for diagnosis and repairs within just two days, which was impressive. Although the location was a bit farther than I would have preferred, the wait times at other dealerships were extremely long, so it was well worth it. I was very pleased with how quickly Gateway handled servicing and repairing my engine.
